Born from Real Sales Challenges
StageKite was founded by a sales leader and a veteran software engineer who experienced the problem from both sides. On the sales floor, reps were overwhelmed with admin work and CRMs filled with guesswork. Behind the scenes, managers were chasing down updates and struggling to forecast with confidence. The system was broken—and we knew it could be fixed.
After analyzing dozens of sales teams both big and small, we found that over 70% of critical deal information never makes it into the CRM. That missing data leads to poor forecasting, missed revenue, and wasted time at every level of the org. Salespeople hate logging into the CRM. Managers hate chasing them for updates. Everyone loses.
