This is a hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in early-stage environments, cares deeply about system reliability, and wants to ship fast without sacrificing quality.
Founding Product Designer (UI/UX)

We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer to lead the design of StageKite’s entire user experience — from forecast call insights to CRM views to onboarding flows. You’ll define our visual language, user interaction patterns, and make critical decisions that shape how sales teams use and trust our product.
Integration Engineer
San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
As our Integration Engineer, you'll ensure smooth onboarding and long-term technical success for new customers. You'll build and manage integrations between StageKite and CRMs, dialers, and data tools while helping shape how integrations evolve as we scale.
Account Executive (AE)
San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
As StageKite’s first AE, you’ll own the sales cycle from first touch to close. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we sell, to whom, and what objections we overcome. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with product to surface insights that shape roadmap.
AI/ML Engineer

As our first AI/ML Engineer, you’ll lead improvements to StageKite’s virtual forecast call system — enhancing prompt logic, call comprehension, and CRM data enrichment through ML techniques. You’ll work directly with the founders on shaping how AI supports sales teams.
Chief of Staff

This role is for a strategic operator who wants to be close to product, customers, and leadership decisions. You’ll help streamline internal operations, manage reporting, and work directly with the founders to scale StageKite’s effectiveness.
Marketing Director / Publicist

You’ll own the voice, brand, and outward presence of StageKite. You’ll lead product launches, write our story, build inbound interest, and connect with media. This is a high-impact role for a builder who loves shaping narrative, content, and strategy from scratch.
