Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

1. License to Use Customer Name and Logo

By using the Services, Customer grants StageKite, Inc. (“StageKite”) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid license to use Customer's name, trade name, trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Customer Marks”) solely for the purpose of identifying Customer as a user of the Services.

This license permits StageKite to display Customer Marks on StageKite's website, marketing materials, sales presentations, investor materials, social media channels, and other promotional or informational content.

StageKite will use Customer Marks in accordance with any brand guidelines provided by Customer.

2. Representations and Authority

Customer represents and warrants that:

• It has the full right, power, and authority to grant the license described above.
• The Customer Marks provided to StageKite do not infringe or violate any third-party rights.
• Any individual submitting Customer Marks on behalf of Customer has the authority to do so.

3. No Endorsement

Display of Customer Marks does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond the existence of a customer relationship, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Opt-Out

Customer may revoke the license to use its Customer Marks at any time by providing written notice to StageKite. StageKite will remove Customer Marks from publicly accessible marketing materials within a commercially reasonable period following receipt of such notice.

5. No Modification

StageKite will not materially alter Customer Marks except for resizing, formatting, or placement consistent with standard marketing use.

6. Updates to Terms

StageKite may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
